The fourth Foreign Real Estate Showroom completed its work in Petersburg on Marth 20. The exhibition was participated by 119 companies offering real property in 40 world countries. The Autumn Showroom has shown once again that interest in foreign real estate if constantly growing in Saint Petersburg: the exhibition attracted thousands of visitors, over 500 people attended thematic workshops.
"Petersburg residents are getting more and more aware of how to purchase real estate abroad, and why it can be beneficial", says the director of the exhibition, Olga Shuldiner, "Our exhibition is the best opportunity to find out about offers of the foreign market and get answers to all questions".
What, where, how much
The most popular areas – Mediterranean and Black Sea resorts – were given the widest coverage at the fourth "Foreign Real Estate Showroom". Participating companies say that dwellings for seasonal pastime remains in the highest demand. The second place us occupied by items for investments and real estate for permanent living.
The price range presented at the real estate exhibition was quite broad: from relatively cheap items in Bulgaria, Montenegro, Turkey and Egypt, to excusive offers in France, Italy, Great Britain.
It should be noted that companies` offers quite often overturn the established ideas of "cheap" and "expensive" countries. At the exhibition one could find real estate in Great Britain costing up to 100 thousand Euros, or a penthouse in Bulgaria costing more than 600 thousand Euros. According to participating companies` opinions, many customers at the exhibition were looking in the first place for "the house of their dream", and only in the second place – "for the country where it is located".
Practical interest
If the exhibition allowed customers to get a complete idea of what and for how much can be purchase abroad today, the business program of the Showroom helped find an answer to the question why it is necessary to but a dwelling. Is it in order to secure a "reserve airfield"? To have a place where to spend holiday in summer? To earn from rent? To obtain a residence permit? In order to find out in which country it is easier to reach the set goal one could attend workshops held within the framework of the business program of the Showroom. Twenty workshops devoted to real estate transactions and investment opportunities of foreign markets were attended by more than 500 people.
For the first time, Showroom organizers offered to the exhibition visitors an individual VIP service program. Those who used the service appreciated an opportunity to get personal consultations in a comfortable VIP-lounge and upon negotiations to celebrate striking of a transaction at a party in Taleon Club. Among the guests, prizes provided by partners of the event, and Chopard items were drawn.
